We are pleased to officially welcome Amy Dimitriadis, who joined our team in July 2025 as an Assistant Agent, following her return to Australia from Hong Kong.
Amy brings a thoughtful blend of international experience and strong local knowledge to her role. Having grown up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, she offers a genuine understanding of the local property landscape, complemented by the global perspective she developed while working abroad. This combination allows Amy to approach property management with both insight and adaptability- qualities that align closely with our commitment to considered, forward-thinking service.
Working closely with Director Ashlea Merlo and the wider property management team, Amy plays an integral role in sourcing and securing high-quality tenants within optimal timeframes. She is actively involved across the leasing lifecycle, supporting everything from tenant onboarding and inductions through to property preparation, ensuring each step is managed seamlessly and with precision.
Amy is known for her calm, detail-oriented approach and her genuine passion for helping people. She takes pride in creating positive, well-organised experiences for both clients and tenants, contributing to a leasing process that feels smooth, transparent and well supported.
